About US

The World Smiles Mission was founded in 2018 by Emily Deldar, who was fifteen at the time. She started this organization when finding out that half of the world’s population does not have stable and consistent access to a toothbrush. After establishing the organization, the board of directors became comprised of high school students with a mission to serve. From 2018, our organization has continued to expand and our board members have continued to evolve with the organization through new phases of life. Currently, the board of directors is comprised of students in their young 20s who have that never-ending passion to serve their communities.
