Emily Deldar
Founder and President
Emily is a Speech-Language Pathologist who recently graduated from Vanderbilt University. Emily founded the World Smiles Mission in 2018 and has loved watching the impact the mission has had on the lives of so many. She is grateful to lead a team of such amazing young leaders with a passion to serve, and looks forward to the continued growth of this organization.
Katherine Grace
Director of Relations
Kat Grace graduated Purdue University with a degree in Public Health Behavioral Science and has a passion for bettering healthcare, in all forms, and specifically pediatrics. Originally from New Orleans, LA but spent a good deal of time living in Houston, Texas growing up.
Ryan Deldar
Vice President & Treasurer
Ryan Deldar is a Biomedical Health Sciences student at Purdue University and is passionate about innovating within healthcare. As a Pre-Dental student, he is dedicated to helping spread awareness of oral healthcare and serve diverse communities through the World Smiles Mission.
Madeline Worcester
Director of Marketing
Madeline graduated from Marian University, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in marketing. She is now at Indiana University studying to receive her MBA Degree in the Kelley School of Business. Madeline has worked with children in school groups and outreach communities for over ten years and is dedicated to spreading awareness for oral health and helping those in need.
